Living with cycles

Connect with your cycles
live with rituals and ceremony

What is living in cycles?

We always live in cycles, as we witness the coming and going of the seasons, the blooming and decaying of a flower, or rain falling from the sky and joining with the stream that will end in the sea.

But we often forget, or not pay attention to the fact that women are firmly rooted in the cycles of nature, and cycle with them every month while they have a menstrual cycle. We have the privilege, shared by few other animals, to bleed outward, allowing us to return our blood to Mother Earth with ritual and intention.
The menstrual cycle in a gift that allows women, not only to create life, but to renew and grow themselves every cycle. We go through 'seasons' every moon, changing, adapting, cleansing. Following the menstrual cycle is a spiritual practice that will eventually make us into the wise elders of our community at menopause.

Yet, many girls in Western society, haven't been initiated into the mysteries of their blood, and often approach their first bleed with embarrassment and shame.
Many women live in denial of their cycles, having been taught that they are inconvenient and unnecessary.
However, women's bodies have evolved to cycle, and our overall health depends on it - physical, but also mental and spiritual.
So let's learn how to love and live with out cycles, allow ourselves to live as women, with our changing, intuitive selves, as embodied priestesses of the Earth

What I offer

Menarche reclamation circle

A$70.00

Many women have not had a positive initiation into womanhood, deepening our mother or sister wound.

We all deserve to be received with reverence at the time and properly educated about our bodies.
